With over 15 years of political and fundraising experience, Andrea is involved in the strategy and planning for every client we work with. She has worked at all levels of campaigns including Presidential, Senatorial, Congressional, state legislative, and independent expenditure projects.

Alayzha McDougal
Now promoted to Director, Alayzha McDougal first joined the Rise Political Strategies team in 2024 as a Finance Associate. A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Alayzha is a key member of the team, working with clients at the federal and state level.

Hayden Giordano
Hayden Giordano re-joins Rise Political Strategies as a Finance Associate after interning with the company in the beginning of 2026. He works with clients up and down the ballot to execute strong fundraising programs, using skills from his BA from Temple University.
